Rates do not include 12% Municipality of Anchorage Bed Tax. Rates based upon double occupancy, additional guests are charged a base rate of $20 per person.
Reservations are secured with a valid credit card, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. A first nights rental fee is charged upon reservation and serves as a deposit. A 1 night fee will be assessed for any cancellation with less than 14 nights notice, for cancellations with 14 nights notice or more the deposit will be refunded in full.
As a courtesy to other guests we do not accept pets. All rooms and indoor facilities are non-smoking.
