  Rates do not include Municipality of Anchorage Bed Tax. Additional guests charged $20 per person base rate.

Reservations are secured with a valid credit card, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. The first nights rental is charged upon reservation and serves as a deposit. A 1 night fee will be assessed for any cancellation with less than 14 nights notice, for cancellations with 14 nights notice or more the deposit will be refunded in full.

We do not accept pets as a courtesy to our other guests. All rooms and indoor facilities are non-smoking.
