As a courtesy to other guests we no longer rent to dogs or cats. All rooms and indoor facilities are non-smoking.
Rates are base rates, a 12% Municipality of Anchorage Bed Tax applies to the rental and will be added to the bill. Rates are based upon double occupancy, additional guests will be charged a base rate of $20 per person.
- Reservations: Reservations are secured with a valid credit card, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
- Deposit: A first nights rental fee is charged upon reservation and serves as a deposit.
- Cancellation: For cancellations with 14 nights notice or more, 50% of the deposit (including tax) will be refunded. The 1 night fee will be assessed for any single-night stay cancelled with less than 14 nights notice.
- Cancellations involving multiple night stays are calculated as follows: With 14 or more nights notice of cancellation the full deposit is forfeited, with less than 14 nights notice of cancellation 50% of the total rental cost will be charged. (For Example: A 6-night stay with 14 or more nights notice of cancellation will forfeit single night deposit. A 6-night stay with less than 14 nights notice of cancellation is charged for 3 nights including applicable room tax.)
